A gentle, natural scrub that preps and primes the skin for tanning, this Three Warriors Tasmanian Sand Scrub will leave you with soft, supple skin that's ready for a flawless tan.
Unlike most harsh exfoliants, this delicious sand scrub works to hydrate and nourish the body as it gently sloughs off dead skin. Made using a blend of locally sourced sand from Tasmania’s pristine beaches along with aloe vera, manuka honey and coconut oil, this supremely moisturising exfoliating scrub is the perfect — gentle— method for preparing and priming your skin for a beautiful tan.
Note: as a gentle sand scrub, this product is suitable to exfoliate the face with, just be careful to use a light touch and avoid the under-eye area where skin is sensitive and prone to fine lines.
All ingredients are organic, locally sourced and produced on the pristine shores of Tasmania
Aloe Vera: locks in moisture and soothes the skin for a calm, softened complexion
Coconut oil: rich in vitamins and minerals to nourish the skin.
- Manuka honey: hydrates skin by retaining moisture from the air.
Directions for use:
Splash the skin
Whether you're doing a full-body exfoliation or just a gentle face scrub, begin by wetting the skin. For those tanning face only, a splash of warm water in the sink will do the trick, otherwise, for an all-over exfoliating scrub, soften the skin with a spritz of warm water in the shower to gently ease the skin into the exfoliation process.
Being kind to your body scoop the TW Tasmanian Sand Scrub into your less dominant hand, and then using your alternate hand (with an optional exfoliating glove on), begin to massage the exfoliating scrub into the skin using a circular motion.
Rinse and repeat
Continue to circulate and sweep across the body with the exfoliating scrub, rinsing and repeating until your skin feels soft, smooth and renewed.
Note: Make sure to exfoliate the joints (such as knees, elbows, knuckles, ankles) well, as they are commonly neglected and as a result, store dead skin cells and show up streaky when tanned.
