ollowing policies and conditions, along with site policies such as the Privacy Policy and other customer service policies, govern the use of this site and constitute the entire agreement between the contracting parties. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the conditions listed below as amended from time to time.

Sales Terms

MISS FOX is Australia’s leading urban spa, and we are committed to excellence in customer care. Please contact us in the case of any issues or faults so that we can promptly assist if a repair or replacement is required. 
Returns policy
To complete your return, we require a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. You should contact us via email or phone [1300647736] prior to returning goods, and then return them within 14 days.
Faulty Items
We stand by our products with a quality guarantee, and may provide you with an exchange or refund using your original payment method if items are found to be faulty, not doing what they’re supposed to do and/or significantly different to those shown or described to you. If you believe an item is faulty, we may need to have the item assessed by the manufacturer to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair. 
In some cases we can also accept returns of beauty products where you have experienced irritation or allergic reaction. If this occurs, please contact us via email or phone [1300647736] and ask to speak with one of our qualified therapists, so that we can determine the nature of the problem. Allergy returns must not be more than 20% used. For returns of this type, we will need to pass your name and contact details on to the relevant manufacturer, so that they can contact you regarding quality control if necessary.
Change of Mind Returns 
Please choose items carefully - unfortunately the personal nature of many of the goods that we sell means that they are excluded from change of mind returns for health and safety reasons (unless determined faulty). Perishable goods such as gift cards, food, tea, drinks and supplements cannot be returned due to change of mind. We also do not generally accept product returns for health and personal care items that are intimate (including hairbrushes and hair irons, makeup brushes, spa accessories or body brushes) flammable liquids such as nail polishes and perfumes, or skincare, body care and makeup items unless sealed in their original packaging.
For change of mind returns, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, in its original condition (ie. boxes must not be damaged). Change of mind returns are to be returned unopened within 7 days via mail or in store. We recommend that you use insured or registered delivery to return your items as we can not be responsible for lost items.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted: (if applicable)
  • Products with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition, missing its original packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, unless faulty.

Shipping Terms

MISS FOX delivers to every state, city, and town in Australia. Shipping/Postage fees will vary according to the items in your order, size of your order, total weight of your order and your location.


Please carefully enter and re-check the address(es) nominated for delivery. If you are having a gift card sent directly to the recipient, make sure you double check this address. As expected, we can not be held responsible for orders that do not arrive due to incorrect address entry.

Accepting Delivery

It is always best to have your parcel delivered to an address where someone will be to available receive it. A business address can be a good option for this reason, but please remember to include your company’s name (and the department or level where you work).

Multiple Orders

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and delivery fees will apply to each of them.


Please allow up to two (2) working days after payment has cleared for your order to be picked and packed. Occasionally an order will take longer to ship due to stock fluctuations. You will be notified if the item you have ordered is out of stock to advise of the expected wait. If you are unhappy with the delay we can refund your order in full upon your request.

Insurance and Damage Liability

We attempt to make sure all products are secured as tightly as possible before shipping. Please note that we MISS FOX can not accept liability or responsibility for any loss or damage once your order has been handed to the delivery service - please select an insured delivery option for goods to insure your product against breakages.

Incorrect Address

In an event that a package is returned to us due to the wrong address provided by the buyer, the buyer will pay all shipping costs plus any other fees incurred. 

Excess Delivery Costs

In some circumstances we will not be able to deliver your order for the price quoted online if you are located in a country or remote area (non Metro). You are welcome to place your order as normal and we will contact you if extra charges will apply. If you are unhappy with the extra delivery costs we can refund your order in full upon your request. Please feel free to contact us for a delivery price before placing your order if you wish.

Postage for Gift Cards Sent Directly to Recipient

All gift cards that are to be send directly to the recipient have express postage costs built into the item cost. You should not be charged additional shipping unless you nominate a courier option. In any case where your actual total shipping charges equal less than that which you have been charged in the store, you will be refunded the difference using your original payment method.

Dangerous Goods

Please note that is illegal to send aerosols, perfumes and other flammable items through Australia Post or via air/express shipping. For this reason, some of the products sold in our salon are not currently available online. We apologise for any inconvenience. Please call us on 1300647736 if you wish to reserve and item for salon pickup.

Express Post via Australia Post (No Dangerous Goods)

Choose this if your order does not include any aerosols or flammable products (such as nail polish). Transport fees vary according to the total weight of your order and your location. All orders sent via Australia Post Express can be tracked and traced online.

Delivery Time: 1-3 working days

Road Freight Courier (Contains Dangerous Goods) *Available Soon

Choose this if your order includes aerosols, flammable markers or flammable inks. Transport fees vary according to the total weight of your order and your location. Dangerous Goods can only be delivered by a road freight courier. Please include a contact number on your address in case the courier needs to contact you for any reason. We utilize the services of four individual couriers to ensure you receive the cheapest price on shipping to your location.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The MISS FOX Boutique (www.missfoxboutique.com) is created and controlled in Victoria, Australia. All purchases are subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, and where applicable the state of Victoria. By using this site you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and Australia and agree that any legal action will only be commenced in these forums.

Capacity to Contract

Orders can only be placed with the MISS FOX Boutique by persons with capacity to contract, who are over the age of either 18 or 21 as legislated in your state of residence.

Review of Terms

These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time without notice. Past terms and conditions can be accessed on request by written notice to MISS FOX. Each order or transaction will be governed by the terms and conditions in force upon the date of that transaction.


All content on this site, including text, icons, graphics, etc are the property of MISS FOX or its suppliers and are protected by Australian and International Copyright law. No part or portion of this site may be copied, sold or used in any manner for any commercial purpose without written consent.


The MISS FOX Boutique can only ship to Australia, unless agreed or arranged on an individual basis. MISS FOX is not responsible for customs charges and restrictions that vary from country to country and result from the importation of certain products. The purchaser remains responsible for all charges and fees incurred.

Confirmation of Order

All orders placed are an offer of purchase and are subject to acceptance by MISS FOX. If an order is not accepted a full refund will occur at the earliest possible convenience. MISS FOX reserves the right to refuse an offer for any reason.


MISS FOX is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received. In the case of payment by cheque, this would mean the clearing of funds represented by the cheque. In the event of the requested goods being unavailable MISS FOX may cancel the transaction and effect a full refund. All prices listed are inclusive of any Australian Goods and Services Tax applicable.

Purpose of Goods
